All accepted papers of MSEE 2026 will be published by Proceedings of SPIE-The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277786X) as conference proceeding, and it will be submitted to SPIE Digital Library, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Papers accepted by MSEE2025 have been published by The Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) and have been successfully indexed by EI Compendex.

SPIE is a non-profit professional organization in the United States. Its members are scientists, engineers and users, as well as those interested in the practical application and popularization of optical engineering technology. It brings together engineers, scientists, students and business professionals to advance light-based science and technology. It hosts industry-leading conferences and exhibitions, conference proceedings, books and journals published in the SPIE Digital Library, and career-building opportunities to connect and engage with a global audience.
